  • Description: Your Mission:

    Be a senior member supporting/implementing digital transformation systems, platforms and applications for MFC's transformation objectives. This position will work closely with cross functional teams across the business area and the enterprise to ensure solutions meet the specifics of 1LM transformation. Significant experience across a wide range of IT systems/platforms is required. In this highly challenging role the candidate will:

    - Mentor, educate and knowledge share

    - Focus on digital transformation initiatives and solutions

    - Devops solutioning of applications and automation

    - IiOT integration and transformation

    Successful candidate will have capability, and proven track record of defining, implementing, and automation architectures interfaces/solutions with repeatable processes.

    How about Fridays off? This role is scoped on a 4x10 schedule, and is also a Full-Time Telecommute (Remote) role, although preference is for candidates in close proximity to a major Lockheed Martin facility.

    Basic Qualifications:

    - Extensive experience in the realm of IiOT and associated tools/interfaces to facilitate automation/transformation with regard to industry 4.0/5.0 maturation

    - Deep knowledge of both hardware and software technology stacks

    - Proven expertise with Client-Server, DevOps, DevSecOps frameworks/models

    - Well versed in cloud technologies

    - CI/CD pipelines, agile framework

    - Virtualization, networks, technical diagrams

    - Excellent written and verbal skills

    - Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required)

    Desired Skills:

    - AWS certification

    - Application development or commensurate programming/scripting experience

    - Experience with PLC's, transports, interfaces, automation, connectivity ports/protocols, in the realm of IiOT specific to manufacturing and facilities

    - history of developing, implementing and sustaining technology stacks

    - AI and ML concepts and practices

    Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Clearance Level: Secret

    Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
