IT Support Technician (MDM)

Description

Robert Half is currently seeking an IT Support Technician (MDM Deployment) for a client located in Century City, CA. IT Support Technician (MDM Deployment) will be responsible for for helping with a mobile device upgrade along with troubleshooting, supporting and asset management experience because will need order, receive and track new devices.

Functional Role: IT Support Technician (mobile device upgrade/set-up)

Location: Century City, CA

Onsite/Remote: 100% Onsite

Pay Rate: $35/hr. (no flex)

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 40 hrs/wk; M-F; Standard Shift;

Duration: 3 months (most likely to extend)

Pre-Placement: Background Check

Interview Process: 1 Video Interview > Start (September 16 or 23, 2024) - due to onboarding

Must Haves

• MDM (Intune) MUST HAVE MDM experience

• Mobile device troubleshooting

• Mobile phone upgrade experience

Job Scope / Call Notes / Qualifications:

• Experience with MDM (mobile solutions) management experience required for this position

• Procure, deploy, manage and support mobile devices for their workforce, such as troubleshooting device functionality.

• Ensure each device comes with the needed operating systems and applications for end-users - including applications for productivity, security and data protection, backup and restoration

• Ability to work with Excel - will shadow another member for this project

• Day to Day:

• iPhone set-up, iOS knowledge, paying attn to detail

• Spreadsheets to configure the phones

• Order phone from AT& T, all data and spreadsheets

• Numbers,

• Phone number

• Users names

• Scheduling meeting with all users to deploy phones in person and remotely

• Helping over Teams and Zoom

• Front end and back end setting up mobile devices through Intune

• During Downtime, you will be helping the team with day to day IT Support
