IT Support Specialist

Description

We are searching for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In this role you will provide onsite support and offer technical support and training across all sites, dealing with a variety of staff members including telephonic and clinical staff. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive IT support across all areas, including phone and iPad support

• Conduct basic Level 1 troubleshooting on Windows-based systems such as Active Directory, O365, and Exchange

• Offer support for mobile devices, including Android and iPad

• Exhibit excellent customer service skills when dealing with individuals in a potentially stressful environment

• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires each month

• Provide online troubleshooting for field staff, including station setup and network troubleshooting

• Manage inventory effectively and efficiently

• Implement and maintain Dell Technologies as required.

Requirements - Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar IT Support Specialist role

• Proficiency with Dell Technologies

• Experience with Active Directory

• Knowledge and experience with iPad usage and troubleshooting

• Demonstrated ability in deskside support

• Basic network troubleshooting skills

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Windows

• Experience with Android devices within a healthcare, hospital or social assistance setting Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
