  • Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Manager in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is at the heart of our team, where you'll supervise and mentor a team of IT Support Specialists, ensuring high levels of performance. This role is well-suited to someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of the IT industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and evaluate a team of IT Support Specialists, maintaining high standards of professionalism and performance.

    • Manage the resolution process of technical support requests, ensuring issues are logged, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.

    • Implement best practices for helpdesk operations, including troubleshooting, incident tracking, escalation procedures, and knowledge base management.

    • Guarantee high standards of service delivery, addressing any user feedback or concerns promptly.

    • Foster continuous improvement of technical skills, customer service, and communication among helpdesk staff through training and guidance.

    • Compile regular reports on helpdesk performance, suggesting improvements based on metrics such as ticket resolution times and user satisfaction.

    • Handle and escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams or vendors as appropriate.

    • Supervise the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software applications, operating systems, hardware, and network connectivity.

    • Effectively manage helpdesk resources and tools, ensuring the team has necessary equipment and system access.

    • Collaborate with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and other relevant teams to implement IT solutions across the organization.

    • Ensure IT support processes align with company security policies and compliance requirements, assisting with the creation of awareness training.

    • Carry out other duties as assigned. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT support role or similar

    • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies

    • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies

    • Experience with CRM systems

    • Familiarity with Dell Technologies

    • Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

    • Knowledge of Active Directory

    • Experience in Auditing

    • Proficiency in Backup Technologies

    • Familiarity with Computer Hardware

    • Experience in Configuration Management
