  • Description We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Ankeny, Iowa. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT systems, providing hardware and software support to end-users, and ensuring that any technical issues are addressed promptly and effectively. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide end-user support for both hardware and software issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption

    • Undertake break/fix support tasks, diagnosing and rectifying faults in IT equipment and systems

    • Handle machine deployment tasks, setting up and configuring new hardware for end-users

    • Utilize SCCM for reimaging machines and pushing out updates, ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure

    • Provide support for a range of devices, including Apple and Windows machines (iPads, iPhones, MacBooks, O364, Windows systems, and cell phones)

    • Use Bomgar to remote-in to a user's machine for troubleshooting and support

    • Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to log and track support requests and resolutions

    • Gain experience with InTune (preferred but not required), further developing your IT support skills

    • Utilize knowledge of Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deskside Support to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or in a related role

    • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies

    • Experience with EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, and Microsoft products

    • Knowledge and understanding of Active Directory

    • Familiarity with Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments

    • Experience in providing Deskside Support

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

    • Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and clients

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
