    Delta IT is looking for a strategic, collaborative communications professional to join the CIO and Transformation Communications team. In this highly visible role, you would collaborate with the Employee Experience team, Strategic Enterprise & Portfolio Communications team and IT colleagues to inform, connect and lead our workforce. The IT Senior Operations Analyst, IT Transformation provides the Office of the CIO and IT Transformation & International Technology Portfolios with strategic communications expertise and creates compelling content to inform, inspire and mobilize IT people to enhance our employee-conscious IT brand.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a key resource in communications strategy development, thought leadership, socialization and material creation in support of key initiatives

    • Support content management of IT all-hands events, leader meetings and engagement events

    • Source content and optimize editorial workflow for maximum impact across digital platforms including email

    • Creates talking points, presentations, and other materials as requested in support of the Chief Information Officer to shape and tell the IT story to internal and external stakeholders

    • Develop key messages and campaigns to engage a diverse, global team of IT technology professionals

    • Support company intranet for the IT division, including content creation and user experience

    • Manage multiple projects and tasks in a highly matrixed and collaborative environment

    What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

    • At least 3-5 years of experience in an agency or corporate setting

    • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and executives in developing messaging and content along with communications plans

    • Excellent written communication, oral communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills

    • Ability to anticipate challenges and roadblocks to plan appropriately to mitigate risks as needed with established critical thinking and decision-making capabilities

    • Flexible attitude with proven experience working in a team

    • Ability to learn things thoroughly and quickly

    • Must be results oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding aggressive deadlines with attention to detail and highest quality results

    • Adapt to changing circumstances and styles to suit different people or situations where needed

    • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create and send targeted emails, and analyze data to make strategic improvements

    • Mastery of the MS Office suite

    • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

    • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

    • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

    • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

    What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related field is preferred

    • Master's Degree or MBA is preferred

    • Background in internal/employee communications
