Your Responsibilities:
As an IT Project Management Intern, you will:
Research and learn best practices for operating and facilitating meetings, ensuring that all sessions are productive and focused on achieving outcomes.
Schedule and facilitate meetings with technical resources and business unit partners as required.
Work with the APMO on process development and training.
Assist the APMO team in managing daily supporting activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Contribute to the maintenance and updates of project management tools, ensuring that all team members have access to the latest information and resources.
Work with internal/external functional teams to gather and document requirements for upcoming tool/process changes.
Analyze Power BI dashboards to provide insights and reports that aid in decision-making processes, enhancing the team's ability to track project progress and performance metrics.
Assist in managing the APMO Wiki and SharePoint sites, ensuring that documentation is current, organized, and easily accessible to all team members.
Engage actively with SPARK Assist, our internal AI tool, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity, utilizing its features to support team initiatives.
Reflect on experiences and seek feedback to identify areas for personal and professional growth throughout the internship, aiming for continuous improvement in performance and skills.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or Operations Management, graduating in May 2026 .
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
Attitude: A proactive learner with a positive service mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft PowerPoint, ADO, Word, Excel, Wiki, and Visio is a plus. Basic Excel data analysis skills are required.
Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
