    CACI is seeking a motivated Senior level Project Lead to augment the CACI Program Management Office (PMO) that is entrusted by the U.S. Government to provide operations and maintenance, and development of custom financial applications.     As part of CACI's Intel Application Services, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation's safety, security, and prosperity. You will participate in the process to design and implement ITIL based Tier 0-3 Service Management capabilities for the IC CFO application that is used throughout the Intelligence Community to generate annual budgets.

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Assess and document the IT Service Management capabilities.

    • Apply knowledge of ITIL based Service Management processes and best practices to design situational awareness dashboards, workflows and processes tailored for the Program.

    • Identify and document ITSM related requirements using government provided tools, ensuring there is a mechanism to track and report project progress.

    • Identify and document opportunities to instrument applications enabling monitoring/situational awareness at an application layer.

    • Work with the CIO office to integrate Program ITSM requirements to capabilities offered to the customer community.

    • Provide documentation, mentoring and training to stakeholders and staff enabling appropriate use of relevant tools and capabilities.

    • Provide measurable lists of activities, project timelines and updates to communicate project status.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    • TS/SCI w/ Poly (US Citizenship Required)

    • BA/BS Degree in a Technical field (i.e., Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science).

    • 6+ years' experience and demonstrated knowledge performing designing and implementing ITIL based Service Management capabilities.

    • 6+ years' experience and demonstrated knowledge performing as Project Lead or deriving system requirements.

    • Experience working within an agile sprint development team environment using Jira and Confluence.

    • Ability to creatively collaborate with other program personnel to ensure a unified and well-executed goal.

    • Composure and ability to lead with confidence and calmness when faced with competing high-priority projects and difficult decisions and when delivering presentations.

    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

    • ITIL V4 Certification.

    • Hands on experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations.

    $109,800 - $241,600
