    About the Position

    We are seeking an IT Program Manager to join our team! The IT Program Manager will oversee and optimize the daily operations of the IT helpdesk, ensuring service levels are met and customer satisfaction remains high. They will develop and implement standard operating procedures for incident management, including response times, escalation protocols, and resolution procedures. The IT Program Manager will Collaborate with the Information Systems Director to develop IT strategies aligning with ColumbiaCare’s organizational goals. They will possess demonstrated leadership abilities, including developing and mentoring junior staff. The IT Program Manager must be willing and able to transfer to another program or work location as organizational needs require.

    ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.

    Work Schedule:

    Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)

    What You’ll Make

    $6,000 - $7,050 per month

    DOE/Credentials.

    Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).

    What You’ll Need

    • MUST

      have an Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

    • MUST

      have FIVE (5) years of experience in IT support
    • MUST

      have TWO (2) years supervisory experience
    • Strong working knowledge of IT systems, support methodologies, and experience in implementing ITIL best practices.

    Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver’s license, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

    Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds.
