  • As an IT Facets Configuration Analyst, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a focused team dedicated to helping to make the health care system work better for everyone.     Primary Responsibilities

    • Evaluate business requirements and prepare detailed specifications that follow project guidelines required to develop configurations on Facets

    • Work closely with and communicate with Business Operations Teams and Systems Analysts

    • Architect, prototype, design and document, code & test Facets Medical Plan, Product, Provider, Pricing, Subscriber / member, Claims, Utilization Management, Finance, Billing, Accounting, Customer service, workflow, security, etc. application configurations to support new and existing business requirements for migration projects, new implementation and current production

    • Develop configuration components for new business requirements and updates to existing requirements, following the established architecture, global design and workflow recommendations and alternatives.

    • Devise or modify procedures / configurations that solve complex business problems with due consideration to rate of change , flexibility and ease of maintenance of these configurations.

    • Analyze and revise existing configuration documentation and PnPs

    • Assist in training junior level personnel in technical complexities of assigned work

    • Experience in Agile/Lean (Scrum and Kanban) methodology and ability to work in a fast paced environment

    • Experience to lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions

    • Develop configuration components for new business requirements and updates to existing requirements, following the established architecture and global design

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience in TriZetto FACETS configuration of Claims Processing,Guided Benefit Configuration, Group, Product, Plan, Provider, Pricing, Subscriber / Member, Utilization Management, Finance, Billing, Accounting, Customer service, workflow, security, etc

    • 4+ years of experience in Systems Analysis or Configuration Analysis, Design, Documentation, Development & testing

    • 4+ years of experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

    • 3+ years of experience translating business requirements into details system specification

    • High level understanding of the desk level SOPs and Policies

    • Experience working in an Agile environment or familiarity with Agile methodology

    • High degree of technical expertise in Microsoft Office (including word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access), MS Visio, MS Project

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • 2+ years of experience with Trizetto NetworX & Grouper

    • Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions

    • Professional experience as a Systems Analyst integrating FACETS in an enterprise architecture
