  • Under general supervision, provides support for moderately complex revenue cycle applications in a specific service area/department. Analyzes user, system and application needs; determines and evaluates alternative approaches and selects the optimal solution to meet department operational needs. Provides support for the update and maintenance of system configuration, system setup and application

    tables.

    • Develops, installs, maintains and modifies department/service area applications and hardware.

    • Serves as link between software capabilities and user needs to implement the most appropriate software and/or hardware solutions

    • Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of systems.

    • Maintains a working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and modifies systems to comply.

    • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

    Position Compensation Range: $26.23 - $41.97 Hourly

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    Education: Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field preferred

    Experience: Epic EMR system experience preferred

    Licensure: None

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs
