    IT Advisor, Technology Transformation Services - Agile/System Integration, Financial Services Office (Manager)(Multiple Positions) ( 1570253) , Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Hoboken, NJ.

    Help businesses realize the value from their IT investments supporting strategy, improving the customer experience and driving growth. Provide advice on technology enablement and the impact of IT in major program transformations. Research emerging technologies and make recommendations to increase the organization's efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare an analysis of costs and benefits to advise management on the installation of IT systems and computing infrastructure upgrades that are financially worthwhile. Train the systems' end users and write instruction manuals.

    Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

    Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    Must have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Management, Engineering, Economics or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, must have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Management, Engineering, Economics or a related field and 4 years of work experience.

    Must have 2 years of experience working in the financial services industry.

    Must have 2 years of experience working in consulting.

    Must have 3 years of experience working with executive IT and/or business leadership.

    Must have 3 years of experience managing large-scale complex Agile transformations in one of the following tools: VersionOne, Rally, Jira Agile Central, Planview, Project Server, or Service Now (PPM).

    Must have 3 years of experience in standard IT methodologies and processes in one of following: PMBOK, Prince2, Six Sigma, CMMI, product management, systems development life cycles.

    Must have 4 years of experience with end-to-end IT delivery.

    Must have 4 years of experience in large-scale, portfolio, program management experience.

    Must have 3 years of experience in PMBOK process areas, including, scheduling, risk, budgeting, and quality management.

    Must have 4 years of experience in managing the technical direction of a project from initiation and requirements through design, build, testing, and implementation using Agile and Waterfall frameworks.

    Must have 4 years of experience in at least three of the following skills

    • Technical delivery and Agile transformation

    • IT transformation/complex program management

    • Program/portfolio architecture

    • Business and IT alignment

    • IT organizational change management

    • IT cost optimization and budget/financial and enterprise resource management

    • IT service/delivery management, including shared services

    • IT systems integration and separation

    Must have PMP, Agile CSM, or SAFE industry certification.

    Requires travel up to 80% to serve client needs, of which 10% may be international.
