  • Deliver the Unparalleled Customer Experience and build relationships with UMB Investor Solutions clients through the handling of inbound electronic communication and client calls. Interact with clients via phone and email to receive and resolve inquiries related to a variety of Investor Solutions related services. Ability to manage access to multiple systems in order to research, provide information, and resolve problems. Able to continue learning and maintain skills through on the job training and the review of regular department communications. Other duties as assigned. High School Diploma or equivalent Two (2) years customer service or similar work experience Ability to interact with and manage multiple computer systems to access client information Basic understanding of privacy regulations and the need to authenticate customers prior to discussing account information Demonstrate the ability to learn and pass assessments/training certifications Demonstrate pleasant phone interaction skills and professional written communication abilities with customers as well as internal partners

    Compensation Range:

    Minimum: $29,530.00 - Maximum: $68,330.00
