A Snapshot of Your Day
The IRA Specialist will be working closely with project teams and external parties. The role's main responsibilities will include gathering essential project data, acting as a crucial link between internal operations and third parties to secure and confirm wage determinations, and coordinating with project administration to implement effective job site tracking systems.
Your expertise will be invaluable in maintaining detailed records of all project-related documentation. Additionally, you will provide consistent updates to project partners about the progress of project inputs and payroll verifications. By serving as a knowledgeable resource on the requirements of the Inflation Reduction Act, you will support project teams and customers, ensuring smooth project execution and compliance. This role demands a high level of organization, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication to successfully navigate the complexities of project compliance and stakeholder management.
How You'll Make an Impact
Collaborate with project teams to gather and compile necessary project data related to the Inflation Reduction Act.
Act as the primary liaison between internal operations groups and the third parties to obtain and verify wage determinations, for project compliance.
Coordinate with project administration to establish and maintain job site tracking systems to monitor in-scope work activities.
Maintain comprehensive records of all project-related documentation, including wage determinations, certified payroll reports, and project data.
Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on the status of project inputs, wage determinations, and certified payroll.
Serve as a resource for project teams and stakeholders on matters related to wage determinations and certified payroll.
What You Bring
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years experience with HR databases and payroll software (HR, Financial and/or Payroll experience). Experience with data integration, data display and Microsoft Office tools.
Exceptional communication, collaboration and organizational skills!
A working knowledge of Alteryx for extracting data from multiple sources and compiling for analysis. Comparative Analysis Skills! Experience with SAP, Oracle Databases and Tables.
In depth knowledge of the Inflation Reduction Act Guidebook and Prevailing Wage requirements.
