    Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated Internet Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound sales calls, guiding customers through the vehicle selection and financing process. You'll use your knowledge of car sales and financing to provide exceptional service and close sales, all while meeting monthly targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries and proactively reach out to leads via phone and email.

    • Help customers choose vehicles, explain features, and provide pricing details.

    • Assist customers with financing options, explaining loan terms and working with the finance team to secure approvals.

    • Use sales techniques to meet targets and drive revenue.

    • rack customer interactions and follow up on leads.

    • Provide excellent service, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in vehicle sales, including financing.

    • Ability to explain financing options and assist with loan applications.

    • Proven track record in sales, preferably in high-ticket items.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Comfortable using CRM systems to track sales activity.
