    We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tilt-rotor. This position is onsite in Fort Worth

    Global Internal Communications

    As a member of the Global Internal Communications team, you will have the opportunity to execute Bell's global internal communications strategy to and support the company's various efforts related to informing, engaging and inspiring our employees. Lines of effort include content development, employee communications, channel management, communications planning, vendor management and event management.

    What you'll be doing as an Internal Communications Strategist

    • Develops, evolves and executes internal content strategy, working with peers in external communications, brand engagement, marketing and public affairs to ensure consistency of message and brand across the enterprise.

    • Serves as an internal communications point of contact for various business functions, leaders and teams as assigned while building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners in all functions.

    • Plans, writes, delivers and measures internal communications content across multiple channels, including company intranet, digital signage, electronic newsletter and more.

    • Plans and implements effective employee communications programs and events in collaboration with the Human Resources and Marketing and Communications teams.

    • Monitors, analyzes and communicates results.

    • Works well under pressure, establishes realistic schedules and meets deadlines while managing competing priorities.

    • Follows procedures and processes to ensure that communications activities are carried out on time and in a consistent and efficient manner, in accordance with company commitments and corporate standards.

    Qualifications

    Skills You Bring To this Role

    • Exceptional writing and editing skills.

    • Understanding of industry practices and standards in communications.

    • Proven experience building collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.

    • Self-starter who can anticipate requests before they are received.

    • AP style knowledge.

    What you need to be successful

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in journalism or corporate communications, preferably in internal/employee communications, public relations, marketing communications or related field.

    • At least a Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the qualifications listed in the job description for this role is required.

    • Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience.

    • Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered
