    Summary

    The Internal Communications Analyst will provide functional, site and global internal communications support and play an important part in ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in internal communications, strong writing and editing skills, and a creative mindset to engage a diverse workforce.

    Detailed Description

    Functional, site, and global communications support

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal communication needs.

    • Develop communications for functional, site, and global audiences.

    • Plan and execute a variety of company-wide and site-level employee events.

    HR and employee engagement communications

    • Prepare HR-related communications for various programs, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee recognition, and workplace wellness.

    • Support HR-related announcements, including organizational changes, policy updates and benefits changes.

    Content development and communications channel management

    • Create and distribute compelling content across a variety of channels, including intranet, email, digital signage, and social media platforms.

    • Develop creative assets, including infographics, presentations, and videos, to support communication campaigns.

    • Manage and optimize internal communication channels - including our global intranet, email platforms and digital signage - to improve reach, engagement, and accessibility.

    • Act as content webmaster for the company's global intranet and support the company's external website content management.

    Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

    • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging messages.

    • Strong background in developing and managing content for multiple communication channels.

    • Experience creating multimedia content, including basic video editing or graphic design.

    • Experience working with HR teams to design and deliver employee-focused communications.

    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

    • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

    • Proficiency with internal communication software/tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva.

    Typical Experience

    • 3+ years of experience in internal communications, with a proven ability to support both site-specific and global initiatives.

    Typical Education

    • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field.
