    The Program:

    The Customer Support Internship Program offers graduating students an experiential learning opportunity to develop NetSuite product knowledge and client relations skills to interact with NetSuite customers.

    Interns participate in an initial onboarding experience focused on building customer management, technical knowledge through training, development, and shadowing.

    As a primary point of contact for customers, you will deliver world-class customer support experience to maximize their use of the NetSuite product. You will use your problem solving and client relations skills to analyze customers' inquiries and deliver solutions.

    Connect with team members and leaders to experience the NetSuite culture through networking and professional

    development activities.

    The role will be hybrid - mix of remote work and in-person meetings at the Toronto office (Islington Ave. and Bloor St. West - TTC Accessible).

    The internship will be from May 5, 2025 - August 15, 2025, M-F 9am-6pm with scheduled breaks.

    What you'll bring :

    • Current college students in business (e.g. Economics, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related program) with an expected graduation in June 2026

    • Some experience interacting with customers (e.g., retail, hospitality, service)

    • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills to provide concise & logical solutions to customers

    • Analytical skills with focus on detail to research options and recommend solutions that align with customers' unique business processes

    • Strong time management skills to understand prioritization and handle cases at various stages independently

    • Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with internal teams on complex cases

    • Eagerness to learn to develop product expertise and stay current with new features

    Responsibilities

    What you'll do:

    As a Functional Support Analyst (ERP) - Intern / Coop in the Customer Support Team, you will:

    • Participate in hands-on group training to learn about the NetSuite product, business processes and a variety of competency areas (e.g., communication, client relations, problem solving, case investigation) to effectively troubleshoot solutions for customers

    • Handle cases independently by applying an analytical approach to troubleshooting and interacting with customers (e.g., Accounting / IT staff & leaders) to respond to their inquiries about the Supply Chain Management (SCM) process (e.g., sales, purchasing, inventory management) by email and/or Zoom calls

    • Work independently and collaborate as a team to help customers best utilize the NetSuite product (e.g., resolve errors in data analyses, create custom reports or saved searches, review accounting preferences & features)

    • Participate in activities and contribute ideas that constantly help improve the Oracle NetSuite platforms and products

    CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $20,500 to $120,000 per annum.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
