Intermediate BIM Technologist.

WSP is currently seeking an Intermediate BIM Modeler to join our dynamic modelling team. Reporting to the BIM Lead, the successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment, modeling innovative design solutions from inception through to construction. Revit and MicroStation required.

What you can expect to do here

Develop completed building models and drawings using Revit software.

Assume full responsibility and ownership of assigned projects.

Coordinate WSP drawings with other project disciplines.

Support established BIM standards and modeling best practices.

What you'll bring to WSP:

Experience in construction and / or consulting services.

3-5 years in-depth experience modeling with Revit

Experience with Microstation.

Knowledgeable in Revit family editing and Revit template creation.

Strong awareness of interoperability of BIM modeling and design tools.

Understanding of Dynamo scripting and a comfort running scripts in Dynamo Player.

Desire to promote and support practices that improve production efficiency and effectiveness.

Creative problem-solving skills.

Superior interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.

Self-motivation to grow professionally and personally.

An organized and methodical mindset with a capacity for resolving challenges.

Attention to detail.

Commitment to technical excellence to produce quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.

Eligibility for Canadian security reliability status, secret level clearance would be an asset
