Title: Insurance Specialist

Location: Remote

Duration: 06 months Contract

Pay Range $16.00 to $20.00/hr.

We are looking for a "Insurance Specialist" to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Summary:

The Insurance Specialist position requires individuals with experience in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real Estate industries. Candidates must demonstrate a capacity for complex analyses and assessments in the realms of insurance and real estate. This role demands an analytical mindset, proficiency in risk assessment, and effective articulation of findings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act in a timely, efficient, and responsible manner to safeguard investors' interests regarding mortgages serviced for them.

• Ensure compliance with individual investor guides, Pooling and Servicing Agreements, applicable laws, and mortgage documents.

• Monitor insurance compliance for commercial properties held as collateral for various lenders and investors.

• Conduct insurance analysis, manage premium disbursements from escrow, perform risk assessments, review appraisals, and correspond with servicers, investors, borrowers, insurance agents, and internal departments.

• Self-manage a diverse array of tasks, adapting to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real Estate industries.

• Proficiency in complex analyses and risk assessment.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage a varied workload and adapt to changing demands.

• Demonstrated integrity, humility, and receptiveness to constructive feedback.

• Positive attitude and a history of community involvement or volunteering.
