Role Description

We are seeking a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and customer-focused professional with a deep understanding of Pennsylvania insurance regulations and market trends. This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agent at The Imperial Agency, Inc in Bala Cynwyd, PA. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies, offering insurance advice, providing exceptional customer service, retaining our current book of business, and assisting clients with their insurance needs. You will collaborate with insurance underwriters and brokers to ensure accurate policy coverage and competitive rates.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty Producer
• Proven sales experience in the insurance industry
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze insurance policies
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proficiency in comparative rating software
• Well versed in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license

Schedule: The office is open Monday-Saturday. This role would be scheduled to work 5 out of those days.
