    responsibilities

    • PLC troubleshooting

    • Execute and improve plant safety and environmental programs.

    • Provide operational support to meet line waste, uptime, and run rate goals.

    • Serve as the technical expert on equipment processes and electrical components.

    • Identify and troubleshoot process issues with shift technicians and operation leads.

    • Support line operation and quality tests as needed.

    • Communicate work status, troubleshooting steps, and follow-up tasks effectively.

    • Perform and prioritize planned work and maintenance tasks.

    • Identify and withdraw necessary parts for electrical maintenance and repairs.

    • Conduct electrical repairs and improve related documentation.

    • Install, configure, and calibrate instruments and devices.

    • Test equipment for safety and efficiency.

    • Program new or modify existing plant equipment.

    • Train plant personnel on new systems and update safety procedures.

    • Operate shop equipment for installation and programming.

    • Utilize technical tools for troubleshooting and work completion.

    • Install and maintain electrical conduit and wiring.

    • Collaborate on continuous improvement of plant equipment and processes.

    • Complete ongoing training to improve skills.

    • Participate in plant housekeeping and 5S programs.

    • Ensure safety for oneself and peers while on the production floor.

    • Work in varied environments, including office and production floor, with necessary PPE.
