    What will you do?

    Development of Instrumentation Testing protocols and procedures; Preventive Maintenance programs and procedures; and Resource Library for Electricians.

    Ensuring instrumentation operation complies with quality parameters.

    Assist with identifying and scheduling of routine/planned maintenance.

    Assist with troubleshooting and technical issues or concerns.

    Evaluate existing instrumentation and processes to improve system efficiency and reliability.

    Conduct Root Cause analysis

    Assist with training production staff if required.

    Working with Operations and Engineering to design and develop new control processes.

    Provide as needed Controls support to Operations and Engineering.

    Assist with Installation of new control processes.

    May involve procurement and budgetary responsibility.

    What will you need to be successful?

    Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.

    Required Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial electrical standards, practices, instrumentation, and NEC code requirements.

    Experience needed: 2 years' experience in chemical or other manufacturing/processing industry

    Skills and Abilities: The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively, including planning, scheduling and organizing.

    Communication: Ability to effectively write, listen and talk with all levels of an organizational structure including internal and external suppliers and customers

    Reasoning Ability: Good analysis, trouble shooting, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.

    Language Ability: Effective written and verbal communication skills

    Compensation Data

    The typical hiring range for this role is $105,000 to $159,000 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
