    We offer a base pay of $40,000/year + UNLIMITED commission! You could make over $100,000/year!

    Job Duties:

    • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the ammunition market.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads and convert them into sales.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
    • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products and network with potential customers.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as production and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about new ammunition technologies and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the firearms or ammunition industry preferred.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
    • Strong knowledge of firearms and ammunition products, including different calibers, types, and applications.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools.
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally to industry events and customer visits.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
