Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Entry level Inside Sales Support Representative to work for a large manufacturing company in Charlotte, NC. This person will be tasked with taking calls from customers that are having issues with products. Other duties include speaking with customers to put in sales orders to the CRM system and ensuring correct quotes. A great customer service personality is expected to thrive in this environment where on-site training will be provided.

Experience with a customer support/service or sales position in any industry

Customer service personality is a must

Organization, multi-task, attention to detail

Experience with ELP/CRM systems

Previous experience in manufacturing industry null
