    Job Description

    Teledyne Relays (a business unit of Teledyne Defense Electronics, LLC), is a manufacturer of Electromechanical Relays, Solid State Relays, Power Controllers, RF COAX Switches and RF switching systems.

    The primary manufacturing facilities are located in the United States, Taiwan and France. We are a vertically orientated manufacturing and design company with major operations in Southern California.

    We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to add to our Sales team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage assigned accounts by understanding customer needs, offering the "best product fit" and continually following up until business is awarded.

    • Act as liaison between factory and field salespeople.

    • Provide timely response to customer inquiries on product pricing, lead time, and order status.

    • Serve as initial point of contact to resolve customer issues.

    • Responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relations and coordinating with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

    • Data entry in ERP, customer portals, customer data bases, quotation, and sales history data files.

    • Creating pricing models by reviewing the Bill of Material, labor hours and apply factory financial standards.

    • Update and maintain Distribution and Manufacture Representatives agreement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; combination of education and experience acceptable.

    • 2-5 years Inside Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    • Proficient in MS Office required.

    • Advanced knowledge of Excel will be required and proficient with VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, conditional formatting, and etc.

    • Experience working within Aerospace and commercial customer base; preferred.

    • Some travel may be required.

    Please note the salary range posted is a general guideline for this job level and location. When extending an offer, a variety of factors are considered such as responsibilities of the position, relevant education and experience, certifications, knowledge and skills.

    Salary Range:

    $59,400.00-$79,310.000

    The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
