    Job Purpose:

    Responsible for expanding sales with new opportunities for our existing customers by providing and promoting information about our services. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities to position the company's services as a solution to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Follow up on quotes with customers
    • Follow up with customers for feedback on recent services
    • Providing demos of software solutions to potential customers
    • Working with the Marketing department on campaigns
    • Use of various tools and techniques to identify potential leads and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
    • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team while ensuring a smooth handover by providing detailed background information to the sales team.
    • Assisting with customer complaints and inquiries quickly and efficiently
    • Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
    • Building positive rapports with customers
    • Collecting customer information for future follow-ups
    • Upselling services and making recommendations
    • Supporting the closing of sales and achieving company quotas
    • Constantly learning about the company's services to effectively articulate their value proposition to potential clients
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to enhance outreach strategies and conversations
    • Assisting Sales Reps as needed

    Professional & Educational Background:

    • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a relevant field
    • Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the Transportation and Logistics industry
