    Key Responsibilities:

    • Be the primary point of contact for existing customers
    • Make 15-20 sales calls per day and accurately track data in our CRM
    • Manage the quotation process and facilitate orders through Distribution partnerships
    • Accurately track daily progress (min. of 15 calls) as call report documents and upload to CRM software
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
    • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers
    • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
    • Provide information about products and services, take orders, and process returns
    • Manage and maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
    • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
    • Follow up on customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction after-sales service
    • Guide customers through the ordering process, ensuring accuracy and understanding of products
    • Monitor back-ordered or out-of-stock items and communicate status updates to customers
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of product specifications and features to provide expert customer service
    • Ensure adherence to customer service policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards
    • Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with management to improve the products and services
    • Keep abreast of new product launches, promotions, and sales strategies
    • Assist with inventory control by reporting any stock issues to the relevant departments
    • Introduce Ayalytical to new prospects to uncover potential and qualify accounts
    • Work with our Distribution partners and Rep Firms to develop new contacts throughout your territory
    • Meet quarterly sales goals by supporting established customers and developing new accounts
    • Build the various manufacturer brands we carry within your US territory by continued brand awareness, phone calls, and customer support
    • Full time in-office- NO REMOTE WORK AVAILABLE
