  • We are searching for a temp to hire Inside Quoting and Sales Coordinator in Turtle Creek, PA.

    This customer service and technical role requires learning about our products and services, relaying that information to customers, and processing quotes and orders.

    Primary Duties :

    • Provide technical customer service requiring significant knowledge of our products and services.

    • Research correct product applications and communicate directly with customers

    • Process quotes for customers and outside sales team

    • Process orders for customers and outside sales team

    • Maintain open communication with customers and outside salesforce

    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements for the role:

    • High School Diploma or GED

    • Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

    • Ability to read and understand truck specifications

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Well-organized and detail-oriented

    • Proficient in standard office software: Word, Excel, Outlook

    • Ability and desire to learn

    • Self-starter and self-motivated

    • Ability to work through obstacles (technical details)

    • Business-oriented with a professional attitude

    Monday-Friday

    $21-$26 an hour

    Pay Details: $21.00 to $26.00 per hour
