  • Innovation Customer Experience Center - Production Consultant

    Location : This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of our Indianapolis Elevance Health PulsePoint location.

    The Production Consultant is responsible for collaborating with our Customer Experience Center Executive Briefing Facilitators, Account Executives and client representatives to create and deliver superior customer sales meetings in Anthem's Customer Experience Center. Anthem's experience Center is leveraged to support our sales teams communicate our value, and deepen-relationships through immersive, interactive, and customer-curated experiences.

    How you will make an impact:

    • Supports Experience Center Facilitator and Sales Executives to define Experience Center briefing objectives and recommend appropriate experiences and content to be displayed, based on customer needs and sales account team goals.

    • Responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining the Content Management System (CMS) best in class digital video and motion design content, used to create immersive, customer curated Experience Center activations that highlight the value of our health and wellbeing products and solutions.

    • Serve as the Customer Experience Center content producer, in collaboration with the assigned Customer Experience Center session Facilitator; Uploads customer specific content / collateral in the CMS; Conducts content quality reviews and coordinates with creative team to address and resolve quality / accuracy issues.

    • May create storyboards, scripting, motion, conceptual, and pre-post video production when necessary.

    • Supports development of program marketing and collateral creation including program marketing and promotional materials and newsletters.

    • Develops a strong understanding of Anthem's Experience Center technology including hardware and content management system software.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Requires a BA/BS in related field and minimum of 5 years briefing and/or event management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

    Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

    • Experience in a visual media production role highly preferred.

    • Web design experience preferred.

    • Effective verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization is strongly preferred.

    • Familiarity with graphic design software applications used to produce printed/digital sales and marketing materials, multimedia solutions, and/or interactive experiences.
