Summary:

The Infusion Pharmacist would have an above average knowledge of issues relating to the provision of IV, respiratory and other therapies in a home setting. This person will work closely with all home health care nurses providing care to the patients he or she is responsible for, to ensure the needs of the patient are met/monitored. Helps Pharmacy Director with Special Assignment with: 1) Pharmacy Tech's process validation, if assigned, 2) Process validation for pharmacist, if assigned, 3) Service Tech's competency assessment, if assigned

Requirements :

• Required - Bachelors - Pharmacy; Preferred - Doctorate - Pharmacy

• Required - Pharmacist - State of Florida; Preferred - ASHP (Pharmacists) - Accredited Program

• Home Care Pharmacy experience preferred
