Information Services Manager

Description

My client is seeking an Information Services Manager who will be responsible for managing our enterprise applications and data analytics. This role involves implementing and optimizing software applications, executing technology projects, and using data to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise applications to support business operations effectively

• Use data analytics and business intelligence tools to provide data for strategic decision making

• Carry out technology projects within the company to enhance operational efficiency

• Ensure the operation, integration, and optimization of software applications

• Oversee the lifecycle of applications to align with business needs

• Implement best practices for application security to protect company data

• Lead the development of analytics strategies to improve business performance

• Design and deploy data models, reports, and dashboards for effective data representation

• Cultivate a learning environment and encourage a detail-oriented approach within the team

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions

• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant practices into the company's operations.

Requirements - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in an Information Services management role

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, with the ability to leverage its features for project management

• Solid understanding and experience with Cloud Technologies, including deployment, management and troubleshooting

• Experience with CRM systems, including their implementation, customization and management

• Extensive knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions, preferably in a manufacturing context

• Proven track record of conducting successful AB Testing, with the ability to translate results into actionable insights

• Familiarity with the Agile Scrum methodology, and the ability to lead teams using this approach

• Experience in API Development, with a focus on integrating disparate systems for seamless information flow

• Skilled in Application Development, specifically in a manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in ASP.NET, with the ability to leverage its features for application development

• Experience in Data Analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide recommendations based on findings. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
