    Job Description:

    Our End User Computing (EUC) Governance program has been going thru major revolution to revamp the framework and controls around technology risks associated with the use of EUC assets across the bank. Reporting to Senior Manager, this role will lead the day-to-day governance activities to support stakeholders on Technology Asset Management throughout the EUC asset life cycle. Key responsibilities include:

    • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of EUC management strategy and framework.

    • Oversee the update/develop EUC training curriculum & SharePoint Hub for business & technology stakeholders.

    • Act as product owner for systems/tools owned by EUC governance team (e.g EUC Inventory Book of record system), create product roadmap, identify, and prioritize enhancement requirements. Oversee and support on-going product implementation.

    • Organize annual inventory attestations and other data quality campaigns to ensue participation and successfully completion.

    • Provide guidance to the team to perform inventory analysis, development of on-going reporting, monitoring key trends and defining metrics to regularly measure Overall EUC portfolio risk.

    • Ensure team provide consultation to partners and/or stakeholders for topics related to EUC Framework & Standard as well as other EUC Asset Management activities.

    • Liaison with other line of defenses to support implementation of the EUC Framework & Standards in each segment.

    • Where required, provide support and consulting in preparation for Audits and in composing management responses and appropriate remediation activities.

    • Develop and maintain information security standards and procedures based on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational needs.

    • Collaborate with multiple Cyber Security and Technology teams to understand business processes and technical requirements and translate them into testable security requirements.

    • Analyze new information, consolidate content into user-centric documents for various personas and fully embrace an agile working environment with complex, fast-paced projects.

    • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in an Agile environment.

    • Guide partners on a broad range of specific Technology Controls and Information Security programs, policies, standards, and incidents.

    • Ensure technology, processes, and governance are in place to monitor, detect, prevent, and react to both current and emerging technology and security threats against TDBG's business.

    • Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to information security.

    • Contribute to the review of internal processes and activities and assist in identifying potential opportunities for improvement.

    • Adhere to, advise, oversee, monitor, and enforce enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to technology controls / information security activities.

    • Influence behavior to reduce risk and foster a strong technology risk management culture throughout the enterprise.

    • Ensure team adherence to internal policies / procedures, technology control standards, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

    • Proactively review internal processes and activities and identify opportunities to improvement operational effectiveness & efficiencies.

    • Produce team operational tracking metrics and performance reports.

    • Influence behavior to reduce risk and foster a strong technology risk management culture throughout the enterprise.

    • Support team in staying knowledgeable on emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts to the Bank.

    • Manage team directly and indirectly with targets and objectives, and co-ordinate necessary resources to ensure completion by deadlines.

    • Grow team expertise to align with enterprise demand and the Bank's direction; assess team skills and capabilities and continually look for ways to provide and enhance the value delivered.

    • Provide coaching, development, succession, recruitment, resource management and overall team leadership for team members and provide regular input into team members' assessment of performance and development plans.

    Requirement

    The successful candidate must be adaptive to fast-paced environment with ability to self-learn, working with constant changes and ambiguity. The individual will require analytic skillset working with large set of inventory data and pick up different applications (e.g ServiceNow, Archer, JIRA, Sharepoint) to manage day to day operations. Knowledge with IT system management best practices and software development will be required to fulfill the product owner responsibilities. Ability to communicate technical details to business stakeholders effectively is critical to the role. Previous experience working with Technology Standard and Governance program and/or hands-on experience with ServiceNow application or other EUC management tools would be nice to have.

    • University Degree.

    • Information Security Certification (CISSP, CRISC, CISM etc.) / Accreditation an asset.

    • 7+ years of relevant experience.

    • Experience with developing and maintaining security hardening standards with a focus on security, public cloud, software, and/or infrastructure.

    • Expert knowledge of IT security and risk disciplines and practices.

    • Advanced knowledge of organization, technology controls, security, and risk issues.

    • Demonstrated ability to participate in complex, comprehensive or large projects and initiatives.

    • Ability to serve as a lead expert resource in technology controls and information security for project teams, the business, organization and outside vendors.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize information from a multitude of resources and compile all relevant information clearly and comprehensively.
