    What You Will Do

    T he Industrial Program Director will be responsible for the interfacing and prioritizing of Industrial Programs and rotor core value stream deliveries. In addition, communication to executive leadership and driving a robust and credible recovery plan.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Program industrial focal point

    • Customer/program interface

    • Prioritize across programs

    • Kinaxis optimization interface

    • F135 Contract recovery

    • MCE Commitment

    • GTF Recovery IPMT

    • Volume splits across producers to optimize capacity

    • Partner with OpX on capacity and strategic sourcing on future state

    Qualifications You Must Have

    • Bachelor's Degree and 14+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering ; OR an Advanced degree (MS/MBA) and 12+ years of relevant experience.

    • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

    • Understanding of Engineering, Customer Service and Quality disciplines within a manufacturing environment.

    Qualifications We Prefer

    • Degree STEM field and background in either Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Operations Management Demonstrated ability to work and motivate internal/external customers and cross-disciplinary team members

    • Requires advanced business knowledge, general management and leadership capability to lead business or functional teams.

    • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement tools (CORE)

    • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization including senior level management.

    What is my role type?

    In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work. We've introduced role types to help you understand how you will operate in our blended work environment. This role is:

    • Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.

    Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

    The salary range for this role is 171,000 USD - 343,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
