    Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Engineer Technician! In this role, you'll work closely with experienced engineers, playing a vital part in planning and executing innovative projects. You'll provide essential support on various tasks, gaining hands-on experience and expanding your expertise. Under the mentorship of seasoned professionals, you'll delve into the details and implications of test procedures and results, all while growing your career in an engaging and collaborative environment.

    What You Will Do

    • Performs basic technical tasks which contribute to the planning and execution of engineering projects.

    • Prepares charts, graphs, or diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, or machine utilization

    • Assists engineers on details and implications of test procedures and results.

    • Create and close out Run & Holds for production only process deviations, manufacturing procedures (MP's & ATP's) & liaison for approvals

    • Update/Create Routers for Standard Processes

    • Update MBOMs (Manufacturing Bill Of Materials)

    • Process TOOL drawing changes in PDM (Product Data Manager)

    • Manage the Operations Change Control Process

    • Support Manufacturing Engineering's in daily tasks including but not limited to: JIRA Issue creation, TPM Maintenance, Process Audits, Photo capture/video recording key processes for training & Competent Authority

    • Creating & Maintaining process plans for MES program (Manufacturing Execution Systems)

    • Participate in Kaizen projects/Value Stream Mapping events

    Qualifications You Must Have

    • Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

    • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

    • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) access.

    Qualifications We Prefer

    • Proficient in SAP

    • Experienced with Solumina

    • Skilled in developing macros in Microsoft Excel

    The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 91,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
