    Job Description:

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    We have an exciting opportunity at our Stuttgart, Arkansas manufacturing facility for someone with experience in Industrial Engineering. You will play a crucial role in overseeing a wide range of complex planning activities aimed at achieving production objectives.

    • Under general direction, responsible for complex planning activities related to equipment layouts in plant, office, and production facilities.

    • Conducts studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow considering the maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel, while ensuring workplace safety.

    • Evaluates and presents findings using formal written quantitative presentation methods.

    • Proposes alternatives for materials specifications and qualifying suppliers in order to prepare cost forecasts.

    • Recommends the production methods and processes required to meet design objectives on new or improved products and/or processes.

    • Coordinates the preparation of project designs and inspects their implementation.

    • May assign work to drafters and technicians.

    Qualifications:

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

    • Requires at least 5 years related experience.

    • Expert Knowledge of technical plans, blueprints, drawings.

    • Understanding of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the engineering field. Excellent oral and written communications skills.

    Top candidates will also have:

    • Experience scheduling in a World Class manufacturing environment.

    • Experience scheduling in a 24/7 manufacturing facility.

    • Experience and proficiency with SAP.
