Incident Response BA

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Incident Response Business Analyst to catalyze an incident response plan for a large public sector emergency dispatcher in British Columbia. They will support the implementation of this incident response plan for the company's radio system which connects emergency response teams across BC's lower mainland. This contingency plan will be put in place to organize disaster recovery efforts in the case of emergency blackouts etc. The incident response BA will collaborate closely with technical resources in the wireless engineering space who have gathered the technical requirements/processes needed for this emergency plan, translating these into a functional and actionable plan for business users across the organization.

On a day to day they will be generating this business continuity plan, developing exercises to test this plan for gaps, and then going on support the implementation / understanding of this plan across the organization. This implementation will be carried out in the form of leading learning sessions/tabletops with various teams to effectively communicate these standard operating procedures (SOP's).

Skills and Requirements

- 3+ years experience building business continuity plans.

- Experience working translating technical requirements into business plans

- Experience hosting round table sessions to disseminate emergency response plans

- Top Secret Clearance in British Columbia! n/a null
