Implementation Engineer (Jersey City or Pennington)

Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Dynatrace Implementation Engineer/System Engineer to join their team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Technology Services Department supporting the Monitoring and Performance Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-service orientation which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: Best in the Segment on W2

What's the Job?

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace solutions for optimal application and infrastructure performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support technical change management processes.

• Work within and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures.

• Contextualize and match business requirements with technical solutions.

• Act as a contributor to large corporate projects, ensuring smooth project delivery.

What's Needed?

• Expertise in deploying and configuring Dynatrace solutions to extract maximum value for customers.

• Experience with industry-standard service desk management solutions such as ServiceNow and Jira.

• Experience with client build and management solutions, e.g., SCCM, JAMF, Autopilot/Intune.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results independently.

• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
