One of the nation's leading nonprofit immigration law providers is searching for a Managing Director for their NYC office. In this role you will oversee all staff (60+ attorneys and non-attorneys) and operations. You will not be taking on cases in this role. Position requires: (1) an active license to practice law in NY; (2) 7+ years of immigration law experience; (3) 4+ years of experience supervising attorneys and non-attorneys. Position is hybrid with 3+ days in office/week. Includes salary and industry-leading benefits.

salary: $130,000 - $145,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Doctoral

Responsibilities

30% development, grant writing, finance/budget management

20% operational oversight of office

50% program management/supervising others
