    Summary:

    Performs a variety of imaging modalities under the clinical direction of a Radiologist.

    Required Education:

    Currently enrolled Student of an accredited Sonography program that has completed a minimum of two complete semesters within the program and remains BCLS certification. If the BCLS certification is not from the American Heart Association (AHA), an AHA certification is required within one month of employment date. The hospital may terminate the employee upon their graduation or unenrollment from their accredited Sonography program.

    Required Work Experience:

    No previous experience required. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of sonography within three months of graduation date.
