    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    TEAM OVERVIEW

    The Technology, Media and Telecom Group within the Investment Banking Division in San Francisco is looking for a Vice President with current TMT banking (or related) experience to join the team.

    Our Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) Group advises clients in the technology, media and telecom sectors on various financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity/equity-linked and debt financings, joint ventures, restructurings, and financial investments. Key sub-sectors in TMT include Software, Internet, e-Commerce, Sports and Entertainment, Publishing, Advertising, Broadcasting, Cable, Wireless, Hosting, Semi-conductors and Electronics and Hardware.

    HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

    Our Vice Presidents play an important role in developing and strengthening our client relationships, leading our advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • Master’s Degree and 4+ years of TMT investment banking experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of TMT investment banking or equivalent experience

    • Strong track record of executing M&A and financing transactions in an investment banking advisory role

    • 2+ years’ experience in leading deal teams of analysts and associates

    • History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
