    The primary role of Data Processing Clerk is to:

    • Print and prepare dealer orders for processing.

    • Communicate with the dealer network regarding carrier changes.

    • Provide dealer network with assistance tracing lost shipments.

    • Process customer credits in a timely and efficient manner.

    • Report customer feedback to management, including any sign of customer dissatisfaction.

    • Participate in quality and environmental programs.

    • Assist with coordinating inbound deliveries.

    • Maintain SDS files for all parts and in-house products.

    • Participate in the VPS and 5S programs.

    • Assist management with warehouse initiatives.

    • Assist visitors with required PPE prior to warehouse entry.

    • Maintain cleanliness of the offices, break room, media storage and pack/stock stations.

    • Complies with company rules and policies and follows instructions from management personnel.

    Warehouse Operator:

    In addition to the primary role, you may spend part of your time performing the duties of a Warehouse Operator:

    • Participate in all initiatives such as the Volvo Group Attitude Survey, Idea Generation & VPS.

    • Regularly meet multiple deadlines while handling emergency requests in a timely manner.

    QualityAnalyst:

    In addition to the primary role, you will spend part of your time performing the duties in the role of Quality Analyst:

    • Responsible to audit (random/ flagged) stock and emergency orders.

    • Use scanner to ascertain items and quantities that should be in the emballage/pallet/tote and match items in the packing list to check for accuracy, damage, label placement and correct stacking methods.

    • Coordinate with supervisor to make corrections to orders. Correct the order and fill out a Quality Audit report form.

    • Responsible for maintaining a quality data sheet and collaborate with supervisor for quality related projects and improvements.

    • Assists the supervisor with the development and implementation of audit strategies and assessment schedules.

    • Process all customer returns and enter data in the system.

    • Co-ordinate with clerical to provide customer communication and feedback over submitted claims.

    • Conduct Bin Checks and stock return to bin parts at the end of every aisle.

    • Put-away 30 day returns back in stock.

    • Investigate and respond to parts check inquiry.

    Authority:

    • Enter customer credits in SPM / DLX / Compass.

    • Order office supplies or shop supplies as required.

    • Authorized to complete any/all Dealer orders from start to finish with the exception that all irregularities must be modified or addressed by a Supervisor or other authorized personnel.

    Qualification:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience with the Company,

    • High School Diploma or G.E.D or 1 year related experience preferred

    • PC training in MS Office programs such as, Word, Excel, Power Point, Etc.

    • Knowledge of general office procedures and inventory control concepts.

    • Ability to operate with SPM & DLX system and learn other internal systems.

    • Knowledge of general office procedures and inventory control concepts.

    • Good communication skills and ability to work under minimal amount of supervision.

    • Ability to pass a basic skills test to include reading and mathematics.

    • Ability to carry out instructions according to established procedures.

    • Ability to work overtime on an as needed basis.
