HVAC Facilities Technician

Our client, a leader in the HVAC industry, is seeking an HVAC Facilities Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.

• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, including electrical distribution and plumbing systems.

• Study and become familiar with various equipment and methods required for everyday activities.

• Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.

• Complete any other duties and tasks as assigned.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED equivalent, with technical training or degree.

• Universal EPA / CFC license.

• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Knowledge of overall system design and applications.

• Preferred: Two years of trade school or documented apprenticeship in relevant craft skills.
