The Talent Development Center of Excellence (COE) is looking for a proactive team member to support them in the administration of the COE activities.
- Administration of talent development processes and programs
- Support facilitators hosting training events including course registration, course preparation, and participant support
- Create and maintain a global course calendar of functional and leadership development classes
- Reconciliation of accounts and general bookkeeping, including but not limited to A/P, A/R, invoicing, and generating monthly financial reports
- Maintain and update information in databases
- Assist higher level staff in the preparation of most complex ad hoc statistical summaries and reports as requested
- Organize and schedule meetings, activities, events, and training sessions
- Assist with communicating and answering customer queries related to TD procedures, policies, and guidelines
- Additional responsibilities as required to ensure the TD COE delivers outcomes to the business in a timely manner
- Compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
