  • Our client, a diversified global agriculture business cooperative, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations, process improvement plans, and partnering with business leaders/different lines of business.

    Job Title: Employee Relations - Human Resources Manager: III

    Job Type: 6- month Contract with potential to convert FTE

    Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077

    Schedule: Part-Time Hybrid, 20-25 hours per week, flexible hours anytime between 8am-5pm

    Pay Range: $45 - $60/hr.

    What's the Job?

    • Address workplace concerns promptly and fairly, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

    • Collaborate with Compliance, Integrity, and Legal teams to prudently handle Ethics Line issues and conduct necessary investigations.

    • Coach leaders through the Performance Improvement Process, including feedback on plans and ensuring proper follow-up.

    • Develop and implement consistent processes, practices, and tools for addressing employee relations situations.

    • Track and report on employee relations issues to identify trends, training opportunities, and provide regular updates to the HRBP team.

    What's Needed?

    • 4+ years of HRBP or related experience

    • 4+ years of direct experience in Employee Relations

    • Knowledge and practical application of employment laws

    • Project management experience
