    Position Overview

    The Human Resources Intern role will provide an opportunity to gain experience within various areas of the Human Resources department supporting the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging area.

    This position is based in Rosemont, IL. Temporary housing is not provided for this role.

    Key Job Responsibilities

    • Build DEIB Social Media presence

    • Develop a DEIB library, calendar of events, and DEIB micro-learnings

    Required Experience:

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program at least to the sophomore level at an accredited college or university

    • Pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

    • Passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

    • Committed to ensuring a work culture of inclusion for all!

    • Digitally savvy - proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

    • Strong analytic skills

    • Excellent writing, communication, and relationship management skills

    • Demonstrates attention to detail and concern for quality

    • Ability to work with all levels within the organization

    • Self-starter with proven organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to conduct research and benchmark for best practices
