Human Resources Generalist

Description

Our well-respected client in the Manufacturing industry is actively seeking a seasoned HR Generalist. You will play a crucial role in the challenging yet rewarding field of human resources where your tasks and projects will have a direct impact on the lifeblood of the company - its employees. From recruitment, benefits, and policy development, to compliance and conflict resolution, you'll be the go-to source for everything HR related.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for employees and managers in the company.

• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.

• Evaluate and maintain HR policies and implement procedures that align with company objectives.

• Engage in effective dispute resolution and disciplinary procedures.

• Carry out necessary administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR roles.

• Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.

• Efficient HR administration and people management skills.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
