Experience in Manufacturing a +PLUS ? 4+ years of experience in HR or related roles. ?     salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year

    work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

    Responsibilities

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

    • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

    • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and performance issues.

    • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure proper documentation and compliance.

    • Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.

    • Implement and update HR policies and procedures to align with labor laws and organizational needs.

    • Coordinate employee training and development programs.

    • Assist with performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.

    • Oversee compliance with labor regulations, including FMLA, OSHA, and EEO guidelines.

    • Manage disciplinary actions and termination processes as needed.

    • Facilitate employee engagement activities and retention strategies.

    • Support organizational change initiatives and provide HR guidance to leadership.

    • Ensure proper handling of sensitive employee information and maintain confidentiality.

    • Track and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, to improve HR processes.
