Human Resources Coordinator

Description

Our distinguished client is actively seeking a proficient HR Coordinator to facilitate and streamline HR operations and processes. If you have a developed understanding of HR procedures, are well-versed in labor laws, and are skillful at integrating and harmonizing staff members, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Implement HR strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including workforce planning and employment, remuneration, benefits, training and development, health and safety, and succession planning.

• Collaborate with management to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

• Provide assistance in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including posting job ads, organizing resumes and job applications, and scheduling job interviews.

• Oversee maintenance of employee records to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

• Support the development of organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

• Multiple years' experience as an HR Coordinator.

• Knowledge of labor laws and screening.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
