    Responsibilities

    As a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to support the success of the organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Human Resource Business Partner, you will provide comprehensive HR support to various business units, ensuring that HR practices effectively address employee needs and drive organizational performance. You will work closely with senior leaders and management teams to deliver strategic HR services and support. This position is responsible for participation in the full spectrum of HR functions with a strong emphasis on talent management, change management, employee relations, and the development and implementation of comprehensive people and culture strategies.

    • Build strong working relationships with business leaders, managers, and staff across the organization as a strategic business partner to identify and address talent needs and gaps.
    • Collaborate with leaders and HR colleagues to support and participate in the full lifecycle of talent management including workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, training, development, engagement and retention, succession planning, and offboarding.
    • Implement and administer HR programs and procedures (i.e., annual performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, exit interviews, etc.)
    • Partner with the Senior HRBP to implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of departmental and individual talent development strategies and Individual Development Plans, training programs and performance management initiatives.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute overarching people and culture strategies designed to meet their business objectives and related talent needs.
    • Develop and utilize effective change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruptions.
    • Monitor and report on relevant and HR metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
    • Serve as main point of contact for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances for designated business units.
    • Travel to various sites to be the face of HR to all company employees and cultivate the organizational culture throughout.
    • Provide guidance to managers on handling sensitive employee issues and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to promote company culture and ensure legal compliance.
    • Identify root causes of HR-related issues and implement standard procedures and processes to address them when possible.
    • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase employee engagement and retention.
    • Play a key leadership role in reinforcing a culture of growth, innovation, and calculated risk taking through the application of human capital strategy, tools, and processes.

    Other duties and projects as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Five (5) years or more experience and exposure to HR areas such as organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development and compensation.
    • SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address complex organizational issues.
    • Experience in the Property Management and/or Construction industry is preferred.
    • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
    • Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with and influence a wide range of people.
    • Strong drive and the ability to self-motivate in the face of multiple priorities while managing time efficiently.
    • Thorough knowledge of relevant employment and labor laws, regulations and best-practices.
    • High degree of professionalism; able to deal with extremely confidential information.
